The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with a delicious Parma, convenient location near Wilson's Prom, and well-mannered staff. However, the shared facilities and issues with heating and TV affect the overall experience.

The rooms are very tired, so I wouldn't recommend them until the renovations are completed. Shared toilet and shower facilities and single toilet seat for the entire floor may not be ideal.

The staff were extremely welcoming and looked after us beautifully. They even fired up the oven again for us at the end of the dinner service. They were attentive to customers' needs and well-mannered throughout.
